Yes, they're idiotic goofs for trying to keep their band together.
Maybe if some other bands out there would have did what they did they would still be around instead of breaking up way too soon. But just like Hetfield going to rehab isnt the "metal" thing to do hiring a therapist to give you advise on how to communicate better with each other and not only keep your band together but keep your friendship together isnt the "metal" thing to do. Some people take that **** way too seriously and forget that although these guys make more money than we can only dream of having that they can very well have the same problems we go through.
