I think the Feaster years were okay. No really brilliant moves and no real disasters but it was clear that he needed to go due to the near disasters of the ROR offer sheet and Brad Richards contract. If one or both of those happen he goes down as the all-time worst Flames GM. They didn't so to me he gets a C grade that could have been a B if not for the awful Jankoswi reach that set the team back due to waistng a precious 1st round pick for a project player that's kind of falling off the prospect map.
