So this is the new trash Feaster thread? Sweet.

I was very happy the day he was fired. As discussed Feaster made a few good moves such as the Erixon and Russel trades, Hudler signing and 2011 draft but it was outweighed by the numerous bad moves. His did nothing to help re-build the team during his first few years deciding to re-sign players like Jackman and Tanguay instead of trading them at the deadline. Then when Feaster finally decided to rebuild he didn't get enough in return. I am also of the opinion he did not win the Cammy trade with Montreal as he gave up the 36th overall pick as part of a package for a player this is likely leaving as a UFA and the rights to Ramo, who was a 6th round pick Montreal had acquired for an undrafted goalie.

The major issue though was the offer sheet to O'Reilly and he should have been fired immediately. I am not even talking about the legal issue with the KHL and waivers but the fact that the Flames were one of the worst teams in the league last year and were going to give away a first round pick that ended up 6th overall.
