The news story isn't proof; unless is was 8 hours long and showed every single person trying to get in.

I say the same thing when I watch Leno's "Jaywalking" or Rick Mercer's "Talking to Americans." How many people got the answers right; or at least gave intelligent answers (like identifying Canada's PM as Paul Martin) before they found 3 minutes worth of idiots. The news shows perhaps 4 different groups not getting in, but how many did they indeed let in?

Once again, I don't doubt that there is racism in play to a certain extent. But let's not automatically assume what was on Global as having all the facts, or the non-existance of a news report proving that something doesn't exist.

the news story isn't proof? How about the fact that it was a follow up to the same story a year ago? how about you come out for a few weeks with me and some of my friends..My personal experience is proof enough for me..this has been going on for years..all the news did was show whats going on to those who were unaware. I really don't understand why people want to sugar coat this issue.
