Does the reserve still have a dump?
Years ago they did and it was cheap. You just had to be careful you didn't back over any kids when dumping.

Nation Chief Sandford Big Plume said in a statement Wednesday night the decision to temporarily shut down was made to allow environmental reports to come in.
Big Plume said the landfill is fully permitted by Indian Affairs and Northern Development, but the renewal of the permit was delayed at the time of the fire. He said it is strictly a procedural issue.
“Contrary to some reports, no toxic materials were allowed at the site,” Big Plume said.
Big Plume also took a swipe at the city government, saying he would have gladly presented this information during a recent town hall meeting had he been invited.
