I honestly don't know how you could really be a Marlins fan or a D-Ray fan.
The Marlins with the systematic destruction of their team, not even attempting to win with the product they put on the field. There is a HUGE difference between going into "rebuilding mode" and then completely mailing it in. They are doing the latter.
The D-Rays... Poor drafting hasn't let them develop a bonified major league starting pitcher save for Victor Zambrano, who is a 3rd/4th starter at best. That is it in their entire Franchise history. Their Ace Kazmir is coming into his own, but he spent his time in the Mets farm system, and their current starting staff is mostly comprised of discards or other failed prospects.
I mean it really is amazing that your organization can be that terrible with regards to developing any sort of pitching.
They've developed some hitting talent, but this team is still a long ways away from making any sort of noise in the division. Nor with their payroll can they even afford to keep talent.
Either way, in their current states it would be extremely hard for fans to cheer for these teams. Maybe in other 10 years when they get some proper ownership they can consider re-expansion into Florida, but I'd have to agree moving would be the best darn thing for these franchises.
