Kariya is the only one to win it under the age of 20, and he was still 18.

Of the other players who were under 21 when they won the Hobey, Ryan Miller is the only one to have done it during Johnny's lifetime (Kariya was the reigning Hobey champ when Johnny was born), so it's certainly a rarity.
