I just don't get how people are over 1 million dps, I farm as much as I can bounties, rifts on torment 1 and when I finally see an upgrade its usually a yellow with like .5% dmg, most legendaries that drop now are downgrades for me, horrible luck on them.
Should I be farming the craftable legendaries instead?
