I second that. I also second the sunscreen/water thing if you are goin in the summer. The last time I went was the first week in August and at the Hoover dam it was +50 C in the SHADE! I even took a pick of the thermometer cause I knew no one would believe me. Heat like that is something else. I enjoyed the experience but I wouldnt really want to do it again.
