That's right too, completely forgot about that.
Not sure I can think of someone else then. Jones is the only one I can think of.
As far as hitting the cap floor, I'd rather overpay someone who is at least good in their role (Bouma, Byron and Colborne, throw a bunch of money at Cammy, re-sign Westgarth?) than just spend money on someone for the sake of spending money on them.
