I don't think so. That's what makes Skagos such a 'spooky' place. I don't remember the Thenns being cannibals, pretty sure they weren't although they were unique.

It was the Tickler she killed while asking him "Is there gold hidden in the village?" Or something to that effect. The same way he questioned people when he 'tickled' them.
