Saw it last night. Really really enjoyed it. I'd pout it with Iron Man and The Avengers for quality. Really great pacing, action and humor. I thought the Winter Soldier added to the intrigue of the conspiracy and benefited the movie rather than detracted from it. Good performances all around.
Captain America kicked way more ass which I liked. There was a couple slightly cheesy parts (the plane espace and the fact that he can hot wire a modern car didn't make a whole bunch of sense). But overall it was awesome.
