Knowing what I do about the body, and the challenges of losing weight, what you have done is probably one of the hardest things anyone can do. It's at the level of quitting smoking for me. You literally have to change your metabolic responses, types and amounts of cellular proteins, and the way your brain thinks about and chemically responds to food. It really is a complete transformation of yourself and you should be incredibly proud of your accomplishments.
And to everyone else out there with similar challenges, just know this…it CAN be done. Don't lose hope.
