MMR-Var vaccine is administered to children at 12 months, and then a booster at 4-6 years old, after that the immunity should remain for the rest of the individuals life. If you were born after 1970 you most likely were vaccinated already for it as a child, so there's no reason for screening for adults, unless they know they might have an incomplete immunization schedule, or a new person to the country that came from a country without a solid immunization schedule for children. If that's the case, people born after 1970 are given another MMR vaccine, which should last the rest of their life, and if born before 1970, they are presumed to have natural immunity.
