I think the whole "Burke likes big players" angle is exaggerated way too much. If you look at his drafting history, he drafted many small to average sized players, and even some big player that play small.
Burke knows more than anyone that it is much easier to supplement size and strength into a line-up than it is to find natural skill and talent. There is no way that Gaudreau isn't given the same opportunity that Feaster would have. If anything, Burke is more likely to at least surround Gaudreau with size to help him.
