I drive Glenmore every day -- the flow was 80-90 there over the winter as people and cops gave up on the construction zone speed. Now that the snow is gone and the cops have re-appeared it's definitely dropped down to ~70 during rush hour for people going through there. Hardly dangerous to follow the speed limit now -- I do.
