Do you know how you get an asnwer through discussion, and presentation of articles/sources.
Perhaps the source you read/listened to is not reputable.......or is that you concern? Or perhaps it is, who will know until you post that link/article.

I think the "accumulation of preservatives" thing would be people confusing biomagnification/bioaccumulation of mercury in animals vs the mercury contained in the preservative thimerosal. I don't think you'll find a link with proof against a baseless claim like you won't find proof the moon isn't made of swiss cheese. Thimerosal is completely eliminated and does not accumulate
