X2 for the Bakflip. Advantages to having a hard shell tonneau vs a soft shell, someone motivated enough could take a knife to, also found my old leather one faded much faster then i expected (within 2 summers) was noticeably faded even after using the protectant supplied with it.

Ultimately depends on your price range because a leather or vinyl roll up will be much cheaper then a tri-fold hard shell.
