I really don't understand why people feel the need to flip somebody off if they get honked at. I've made mistakes when driving before, and have been honked at. My reaction is typically to either give them a wave (like a thanks, but in this case sorry), or if I have eye contact give them the shoulder shrug.
Is it a case of people being so offended, or a case of people being that oblivious that they did anything wrong? Like in Doom's example, did the lady think she could pick any lane she wanted? If so, how does she think others get to pick their lanes without causing a collision?
