Food mostly. 'Whale Bacon' is a good Japanese item, and I really enjoyed whale jerky as well.
Blubber Oil used to be useful too, but is pretty much replaced by other things now. Was used as transmission fluid, for lamp burning, in margarine, and soap, stuff like that. Pretty much made obsolete by vegetable oil and kerosene, in most applications.
