Assuming 60 skittles in a bag, then we need 4,314,833 bags.
$28.35 for 36 bags of skittles on Amazon, means ~$0.79/bag, so we're looking at $3,397,931?
Rookie max is $925,000 + bonuses (which he'll hit of course, c'mon) which brings us to a $3,225,000 cap hit, I believe.
Toss up, but I think he'll take the skittles unless he can swing a bulk discount elsewhere.
My Saturday nights, ladies and gentlemen.

I feel bad in arguing, but I believe that a Skittle is more like a half centimetre, while a Starburst is more like a centimetre and a half. This would obviously impact on all of your later numbers, including the purchased Skittles being more like ten million dollars.
