I give Rob at worst 50/50 odds of getting re-elected. His base will never give a #### about anything except their taxes. Rob can do everything short of being in jail, and even then depending on the charge his base might still support him. They don't care that he's a total embarrassment, they'd rather have him smoking crack and being fall down drunk 24/7 than Olivia Chow being clean as a whistle but raising their taxes 1%.
