Today I picked up a new EVGA GTX 770 as an upgrade from a GT 640 video card. However, when I first installed the card I would get the error led on the MB. So I removed and reinstalled the 770 card and got it to boot up. But now there is a new problem, within seconds of getting into Windows 7 the screen turns blue (sometimes green) then it either flashes back to windows and I get a driver kernel recovery notification. However it just continues to flash until it goes black and the monitor goes into power save mode. I restarted back into safe mode, and updated the drivers (selected clean install). But on restart the problem still persists. Is this card DOA? Should I just return it to MemEx for a new one?
