Another thing about FOX that affects the ratings is that it is an entertaining station. I would bet that a lot of people watch it for that reason alone. The only all news station that might come close is CNN, but they are not as exciting.
Does CBC, BBC, or CNN have people yelling at guests and telling them to shut-up? FOX has way more entertainment value then other all news networks. IMO, the rating reflect that more than news and information that is supposedly balanced.
