Rented it last night, and being familiar with M.Night's movies, I expected a surprise ending, but when it came down to the last 10 minutes and nothing happened, I figured this movie was one where he didn't have a twist. Then the last 5 mins hit, and it all made sense. Great ending, and totally unexpected. Good movie overall...and one of a handful where Bruce Willis' hasn't played the typical tough guy.
