So basically this, only all red seats, a little bigger and a nice state of the art retractable roof, and that would be a nice world class facility for our city.
Winnipeg's is nice for a CFL stadium, but still very "small" city feeling to it (which is fine, because they are), I think we should aim higher. And by all insider accounts it appears as though we are!
