I think the OP's expectation, re returning things, is ridiculous. Thirty or even 10 days is lots in my mind.

I love Marks's. I have tops and lounging pants that I wear every day from there. And they have been worn for 2 years, washed once a week, and still look good.

Sure there may be the odd item that doesn't measure up, however I have found that most items wear well and are very reasonably priced.
