I think that's more a case of the individual in one case and the level of talent in the other.
Cundari is what he is, talent wise.
Baertschi needs to learn what it takes to be a pro - I don't think the talent is in question.
Obviously you don't go Kenny Powers with him and hand him the keys to the kingdom, but you give him a taste.
And give the fans something to be excited about
