Personally, I'd like something similar to the football stadium in Seattle. Maybe a slightly scaled down version of it.

It has the perfect ambiance, imo. Keeps the fans really close, so if you only have 35000 fans for an event (stamps), it doesn't "feel" like 20000 seats are empty.

Or in Calgary's case, with a scaled down version of this. We could have a max capacity of 40-45k for the Stamps, and then the lower bowls and end seats without the upper tiers would be 20-25k, and would allow us provide a decent venue for soccer, and also allow for various outdoor concert set-ups that would create a cool experience.
