Used them quite a few times and have always been happy with the service and the advice (moreso than a few doctors).

EDIT: At the very least it's a real medically trained person to talk to rather than Google or a bunch of forum people
Good link. I always just send KG to that link whenever he harasses me with his various symptoms on MSN...
