On the opposite end of the spectrum, I'd like a higher capacity Liberty Stadium. This thing was built on the cheap.

Are you thinking just because the price is low? Because there's absolutely nothing inspiring or neat about it. It's a small, low budget stadium.
I would sincerely hope in a city like Calgary, with the way we are building ourselves into a world class city, structure after structure, that the Stamps are aiming much higher than a tin-roofed, low budget stadium with a few thousand more seats.
