That's awesome, and I don't even think you would need to change capacity or the roof opening, both are fine imo.
Expensive as hell though. 300 million Euro 5 years ago. Is that a Sweden thing?
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I'd like a higher capacity Liberty Stadium. This thing was built on the cheap.
