Stajan has been concussed by dirtier hits that were not deemed suspendable. It's one of those 50/50 hits where it's a high hit but the intent to injure doesn't look to be there and it's more of a guy finishing his hit to a player with his head down. Combine that with the fact the victim is Burrows and this incident registers very low on my "Give a Crap" meter.
