Exciting game from start to finish. This team once again proves it can skate with the best of them.

McGrattan with the goal scorer's goal! Nice to see him break some personal records this season.
Wotherspoon - he made some mistakes, but to me, he is progressing similar to Brodie. Great skater and usually makes smart plays at both ends of the ice.
Ramo is steady.
Monahan is snake-bitten at the moment, but getting his chances. You just know once he pots in his 20th, the next couple will come very quick.
Colborne just continues to impress. He is still fairly thin, but he already does such a wonderful job along the boards.

You can almost feel that this team has a pretty decent 'base' to it. They are competitive even with the losses. If the existing players just mature and continue developing, they will rise in the standings. That seems like a very comforting thought to me. With the next couple of drafts (and a few prospects still playing junior/AHL), there will be a good injection of talent to this base. It tends to make you optimistic - though there will still be some growing pains in the next couple of seasons.

Win or lose, this team is definitely an entertaining team to watch, and is very respectable in all areas of the ice!
