I was driving down 4th Avenue to exit downtown in the far left lane. During the day its a very thin lane as cars are parked on the left shoulder. AS I whip by I recognize that fro, and then the guy getting into the drivers side as Chima Nkendirim (sp?). I didn't get a full look, but damn it looked like Nenshi. Prob at 10 to 12.
He could be somewhere else but he has a doppleganger if thats the case.
