Take a closer look at the bottom left corner of that layout and imagine those people watching the action behind the net.

Yeah, the lower bowl inside the blue line would be horrendous for hockey, but I would LOVE the upper corners and end seats. It would be like Maple Leaf Gardens where you're pretty much over top of the ice surface.
