It's meant to be more for the players to meet organizations and travel to cities to see if they think they will fit in or like the lifestyle there.

I don't see how the NHL could possibly enforce something like that. I imagine a lot of 'casual' dinners in which certain things just happen to get discussed in a 'you, me, and the fence post' sort of way.
