First year of a rebuild. I'd keep Hartley for a while. Let prospects develop acquire assets. I mean for me this year doesn't suck the expectation was to be dead last 10 points behind the 29th seed and look how were doing it's an easier pill to swallow when those are your expectations compared to your GM guarantee the playoffs
