a gun range.... the only one that comes to mind is the fish and game club. i have no clue if anyone can just walk in and shoot or if you need to be a member. their webpage is:

golfing - take your pick... tons of courses around for lots of different skill levels
boating - i'm pretty sure you can rent a boat in town, but i think you'll need a watercraft license in order to do so
what are you thinking for dinner?? there are tons of great restaurants (not to mention amazing food at some of the wineries)
peeler bar... sorry, don't really know of anything downtown. there is the cadillac lounge at hwy33 and rutland road.... but it's one those places that the guys on my hockey team are always making fun of, so take that for what it's worth
i hear there is a pretty sweet flames games room in kelowna too
