I don't worry about it. Its so rare that someone gets robbed or hurt using Kijiji given the millions of transactions that occur everyday it ranks as one of those things where driving to a public place to meet someone is more dangerous than them picking it up at your house. In general strangers are great people and not sketchy.

This case seems to be a drug deal otherwise why wouldn't you just do it in the open.

edit: by robbed I mean physical robbery, plenty of people get scammed on kijiji.
