I've gotta go back to my gut feeling and

vote octothorp

There was a clear management voting block on day 1 and I truly believe that there were at least 3 management targeting Blaster on day one. We know drake and regulator were involved, and I don't think that was coincidence.

I had my hunch early on that octothorp was part of that block so I went back through his posts.

This post from when we were revealing who we are stands out for me:

Quote:

I'm Shea Weber.

This is a great strategy, Management would presumably need to lie and pretend to be players. Meaning that they risk the chance of being called out on a duplicate identity if they declare early. So they'll need to wait and see what they declare. Keep in mind, there's also the possibility that some people are players currently working for management.

Of course, after reading this, management could declare identities early, meaning more chance of catching them in a lie. Can anyone think of a downside to us revealing our identities?

Even though I'm currently voting for him, I have to strongly doubt blaster86 is management, based on recent posts. Strongly contemplating changing my vote.

now, consider that he's management and posting this. It makes complete sense. He's a player that is with the NHL, so this is a perfect window to reveal his identity. The players do not know that management can have player names... yet. So this is a safe post. He gets to appear as a player and fade into the noise while we bicker about who to knock off.

He also sits on the fence in two spots here... one regarding his vote and one when he says "there's also the possibility that some people are players currently working for management."
