I had an older Craftsman door that was opening randomly, or when it was really cold. The repair people looked at it and a new board was about $200. Decided to go with a whole new opener for about $400 installed. The newer opener is better because the code gets re-set every time. I can look up later the actual product, cost and who did the work. I was happy with the service. It has not opened randomly once.
