I did it last year in March. I had a broken ankle and was crutching around for a couple months.
I had to go to the ticket office on arrival to the dome and they exchanged my normal seats for the wheelchair section.
Word of warning though, the dome is not really setup well for this kind of thing IMO. Gained an appreciation for those with permanent disabilities for sure. Make sure you know where the elevators and ramps are, and watch out for slippery surfaces. A wheelchair would probably have been a better choice, but my pride wouldnt allow me to be pushed around in one.
