Work-oriented nonsense RGMGs. I just had to fill out one of these "personality assessments", and I could've told them the results (I'm independent-minded, understated and don't care what my co-workers think of me) without wasting my time on the test. Does formalizing this on a test really benefit anyone other than the "genius" who convinced management to spend money on this thing?
