Nice bike. I'd own one if they made them bigger.
I think the law is just to have reflectors. I just throw a cheap MEC red turtle light on the back and a white one up front.
I find headlights on bikes REALLY annoying. They are super blinding for everyone else and completely unecessary in the city.
I like panniers for sweat factor.
