Exactly.
Paper losses on the markets and "sanctions" that amount to nothing more than a slap on the wrist. There's nothing the west can do in this scenario and frankly I don't think it's such a bad thing to let the Russians take Crimea. It probably shouldn't have been transferred to Ukraine in the first place.
