Did you even look at the graph that you linked to? It shows increasing revenue. It is usually convention that when trying to prove your point, you don't link to data that directly contradicts what your trying to prove.

The chart shows a 40% increase in Revenue from 2000, and an average year over year increase in Revenue of 3%.
