This is where I'm at with it. I don't see why there would be "deliberate action" to turn off the transponder and ACARS and go on a new flight path for 4+ hours only to crash into the Indian Ocean. It must have landed somewhere?! (I think, anyways)
But I also think there is about 0% chance any of the passengers are still alive.
