I've only been there in small groups, but I think Notable is good for large private groups. The food is fantastic of course and will definitely satisfy your foodies.

We did my dad's 65th birthday in the private room at Red Water Grill in Aspen, but your foodies may prefer not going to a chain.... and the food wasn't that great with their limited menu for private groups.
