When you put the people with the lowest IQ's in the populous in charge of bar security, then not too surprising that racism is evident. If I were a minority, I would take not being let in to a dbag place as a courtesy. I would rather know that a bar owner was a child rapist, so I could choose to not give them any money.

Unfortunately, it's not just the meatheads at the door doing their ego thing, it's also directive from management in lot of cases, although they'd deny it to the death.
